- [ ] Flooring – Uneven surfaces or loose tiles
2. Interior & Cosmetic Condition
- [ ] Ceilings/walls – No cracks, stains, or mould
- [ ] Paint – Overall condition okay
- [ ] Flooring – No damage, gaps, or excessive wear
- [ ] Windows/blinds/curtains – Functional, not broken
- [ ] Doors & locks – Properly closing and locking
